Hi I’m Brittany Maky. I was born in Northern California in 1983, and have traveled much of the United States, Canada, and some of Mexico and Europe throughout that time.
I started to learn my photography at age 6 when my father let me use his spare Nikon camera using print film. Later once I learned how to use the camera; I started to learn how to use slide films on my Nikon 8008 using Kodachome 64, Fuji Provia 100f/Velvia 100, and Agfa Scala 200 all in 35mm, before switching to my still used Nikon D70s.
My poetry I picked up in middle school when I lived in Arizona, but really didn’t start to focus on writing poems down until I was in my 40s, I do hope you enjoy them.
The artwork and graphics design that I do and have for sale on both Zazzle and Etsy, I picked up just randomly giving it a try in middle and high school, but it wasn’t until again I reached my 40s that I really started to focus on using it.
